Duardo is the owner of AD Beauty Atelier and a Hair Artist and Master Colorist with over 30 years in the beauty industry. Duardo graduated from New Horizon Beauty School and went on to attend post-graduate training at the Wella Studio and Vidal Sassoon Academy in New York. She spent 10 years attending educational sessions and working for Aveda.

Laura Lagares, is a seasoned professional with 30 years of experience in sales and customer service. She dedicated two decades of her career to Verizon in the Dominican Republic, earning numerous accolades for outstanding sales and customer service. Laura also served as a Supervisor at Maidenform in Midtown, USA, for 3 years, followed by a 3-year tenure at Banana Republic in Merrick Park. With another 3 years as a Manager at Kabana in Merrick Park, she brings a wealth of expertise.
